目的空腹血糖和餐后血糖是诊断糖尿病时的两个重要指标，也是糖尿病患者病情控制的监测指标。通过监测社区居民的血糖可以了解糖尿病患者血糖控制情况，为今后完善社区糖尿病防治措施提供科学依据。方法2012年包头市承担卫生部国际交流与合作中心糖尿病基层培训项目，由项目提供资金支持，对包头市25家社区卫生服务中心参加健康教育的1758名居民进行血糖检测。结果通过对收集的数据进行统计学分析，显示包头市城镇社区居民糖尿病患者血糖控制率较低，不同年龄、性别、患病年限的满意率差异有统计学意义，提示在全面开展糖尿病患者血糖控制工作的同时，尤其要关注<35岁、55~岁年龄组；女性组；患病时间<1年和10年以上者。结论建立以社区为主体，全科医生为主导的综合干预队伍，完善综合医院、社区卫生服务机构和疾病预防控制机构共同参与的综合防治管理团队，是延缓糖尿病患者并发症发生和发展，提高患者生存质量的主要措施。

objective Fasting blood glucose and Postprandial blood glucose are two important diagnostic indexes for diabetic diagnosis.The monitoring of Fasting blood glucose and Postprandial blood glucose for community residents is conducted to learn the condition of the patients of diabete and provide scientific evidence.Methods In 2012,the project of basic training for diabete of Ministry of health international communication and cooperation is undertook by Baotou . 25 community health service centres took part in the project and measured the blood glucose of 5013 residents by health education.Result The statistical anylysis shows that the diabetes control rates of Diabetic Patients of the community residents in Baotou is low.There was a remarkable difference (P<0.05) in thesatisfaction rate rate on blood glucose control. It suggests that developing blood glucose control work and particularly making focused on the age-group under 35 years old and 55~ years old,the female,and the time with disease under 1year and over 10 years old.Conclusion The main measures to delay the occurrence and development of diabetic complication and increase the Quality of Life of patients are as follows. Establish a comprehensive intervent team which main body is community and the leading is the general practitioner.Perfect the comprehensive manage team composed by general hospital, community health service institutions and disease control and prevention system.
