目的探讨血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与脑卒中疾病的相关性，为其诊断、治疗及预后提供临床依据.方法选择我院2010年8月到2011年6月诊治的106例脑卒中患者为研究组，选择同时期来我院体检健康的志愿者106例为对照组，检测两组的常规生化指标及Lp-PLA2水平，并对研究组患者进行NIHSS评分；对研究组患者采用常规治疗后，再次测定其Lp-PLA2水平及神经功能缺损程度.结果研究组患者Lp-PLA2显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，研究组患者治疗后Lp-PLA2水平及神经功能缺损程度有所下降；Lp-PLA2与超敏C反应蛋白、血压呈正相关.结论脑卒中患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平显著升高，并与神经功能缺损程度、超敏C反应蛋白及血压具有相关性，因此Lp-PLA2可以作为预测脑卒中的生物学指标，为脑卒中的诊断、治疗及预后提供重要临床依据.

Objective: To investigate clinical correlation of Lipoprotein -associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and stroke disease and provide clinical evidence for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Methods:106 patients with stroke ,in our hospital from August 2010 to June 2011, was research group and slected 106 cases of healthy volunteers in our hospital at the same period as control group, conventional biochemical indicators and Lp- PLA2 level were detected , and NIHSS score of study group. Results: Lp-PLA2 in patients of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) , Lp-PLA2 levels and nerve function deficit has been a decline in the study group patients after treatment; Lp-PLA2 and high sensitivity C reactive protein , blood pressure was positively correlated.Conclusion:Lp-PLA2 levels of patients with stroke were significantly increased,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, blood pressure and the degree of neurological deficit are correlation, Lp-PLA2 predict stroke can be used as biological indicators for the diagnosis of stroke treatment and prognosis.
