目的探讨适合手术室新进护士执业前的培训模式。方法改变过去培训模式“一对一带教”一个月后，在高年资护士指导下上白班两个月进行中小手术的配合，采用“集中岗前培训理论和操作后再一对一带教”一个月后，由高年资护士指导下上p班(16-24)两个月的模式，并对两种培训模式进行效果比较统计分析。结果巩固了新进护士的无菌观念、掌握了无菌技术操作，手术配合能力和应激能力明显提高，理论和操作考试成绩有显著差异。结论对手术室新进护士实行集中岗前培训理论和操作后再一对一带教”一个月后，由高年资护士指导下上p班(16-24)两个月的培训模式后，新进护士的计划性、应激能力明显提高，效果良好，值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the training model of associate nurse in operating room. Methods Changing the traditional training model, "one to one teaching", with the "focus on the theory and operation of pre-post training, then one on one teaching" model, and statistically analysing the test scores of theory and operation of associate nurse in two years. Results The associate nurse's concept of sterile was enhanced, aseptic technique was mastered, abilities of coordinate surgical procedures was improved and the theory and operation of test scores were significantly different between two training models. Conclusions The "focus on the theory and operation of pre-post training then one on one teaching" model is good effect and well worth promoting.
