目的通过检测分析不育症患者精液中微量元素水平,了解微量元素变化对生殖的影响.方法应用火焰吸收法对精液中镁、锌、铜、铁、钙等微量元素进行统计分析.结果100例不育症患者元素锌、钙水平显著低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01).其中低锌占52.37%,低钙占43.26%,铜含量水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01).高铜占38.46%.结论男性不育症患者精液中微量元素失衡,特别是元素锌、钙缺乏或铜含量增高,是导致患者精液质量下降,最终导致男性不育的重要因素之一.

ive]Objective To understand the relativity between microelement and procreation by detecting the content of trace element in sperm in infertility men. Methods Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was used to determine the content of Zn, Ca, Fe, Mg, Cu in sperm. Results The content of Zn and Ca in sperm were lower and Cu was higher in 100 infertility men than normal people obviously (P<0.01). The lack rate of Zn and Ca was 52.37% and 43.26%respectively, and the increase rate of Cu was 38.46%(P<0.01). Conclusion The maladjustment of trace element in sperm in infertility men, the lack of Zn, Ca and increase of Cu especially, which fluenced sperm quality and could be one of the reasons resulted in infertility.
