目的探讨玻璃离子水门汀联合光固化复合树脂充填修复牙齿楔状缺损的临床疗效.方法对110例楔状缺损患牙采用玻璃离子水门汀常规充填雕刻成形，然后行光固化复合树脂永久修复.对照组分别用玻璃离子、光固化复合树脂.随访一年后比较3组修复楔状缺损治愈率.结果两种材料联合修复牙齿楔状缺损的治愈率98.61%，对照组的治愈率77.85%和77.46%；两组有显著差异(P<0.01).结论两种材料联合修复牙齿楔状缺损技术是理想方法之一.

Objective To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of combination of glass ionomer cement and light cured composite resin on restoring wedge shaped defect. Methods 110 teeth with wedge shaped defects in treatment group were filled and repaired with glass ionomer cement. The light cured composite resin was used to repair the teeth permanently after 24 hours. The other two control groups were treated with glass ionomer cement and light cured composite resin respectively. The treatment results and cure rates were compared between the three groups after one year follow-up. Results The cure rates of treatment group and two control groups were 98.61%, 77.85%, 77.46% respectively. The difference between treatment group and control groups was significant (p<0.01). Conclusion The combination of glass ionomer cement and light cured composite resin is a better method to restore the wedge shaped defect.
