目的根据余杭区流动儿童免疫规划疫苗接种现状和相应管理方法及效果，为政府及卫生部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法总结目前杭州市余杭区第五人民医院针对辖区内流动儿童免疫规划管理采用的各种对策。结果在实行信息化动态管理、双休日接种人性化管理、常态化信息查漏管理、不同形式建证管理、多种方式宣教管理的基础上依靠医院-街道-社区-联络员联动协调机制，提高接种率，依托医院-学校-联络员联动协调机制，提高补种率。使辖区流动儿童免疫规划工作收到了明显的成效。结论政府的高度重视使得长效机制能正常运作，一支和谐、务实、奉献的公共卫生队伍是流动儿童免疫规划的基本保障，利用多种手段，加大对流动人口预防接种的宣传教育，提高公民素质，完善法制建设促使每位公民切实履行免疫规划的公民义务。
