目的对比临床路径教学法与传统带教在外科护理教学中的应用效果.方法选取2012年3月至2012年7月在我院外科实习的80名护生作为研究对象,将80名护生随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组护生采用传统带教法进行护理教学;观察组护生采用临床路径教学法施教,两组护生经过3个月的临床护理实习后,比较其各项考核结果,综合评价两种教学法的效果.结果经过三个月的实习带教后,观察组护生的综合技能考核成绩较对照组护生均明显高,P值均<0.05,均具有统计学意义.结论临床路径教学法是一种按照循证医学为依据的教学模式,克服了传统教学法的随意性,能有效提高教学质量,值得在临床教学中推广应用.

Objective: to contrast the clinical path of teaching and traditional teaching in surgical nursing teaching effect.Methods: from 2012 March to 2012 July in our hospital surgical practice in 80 nursing students as the object of study, 80 nursing students were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group using traditional teaching for nursing students in nursing teaching; observation group nurses using clinical path teaching method teaching, two nursing students after 3 months of clinical nursing practice, compare the examination results of two kinds of teaching method, comprehensive evaluation of the effect.Results: after three months of practice teaching, students' comprehensive skills in observation group than in the control group student examination results of nursing was high, P values were <0.05, were statistically significant.Conclusion: the clinical pathway teaching method is a kind of according to the evidence-based medicine as the basis of the teaching model, to overcome the traditional teaching method of the optional sex, can effectively improve the quality of teaching, is worth in the clinical teaching of application.
