目的探寻低年资护士短期培训的有效方法。方法60名低年资护士随机分为2组,每组30人,分别给予常规培训及强化培训,比较两种培训方法的培训效果。结果低年资护士经过强化培训后临床工作能力显著提高,护士对强化培训方法满意度更高。结论强化培训模式是一种行之有效的短期低年资护士的培训方法。

Objective Explore effective method of short-term training for junior nurses. Methods Participate in training of 60 junior nurses were randomly divided into two groups, each set of 30 person, one group accepted regular training, the other group accepted intensive training. Compared the effect for the two training methods .Results After intensive training, junior nurses comprehensive ability to work significantly improved. Junior nurses have the higher satisfactory degree with intensive training method. Condusion Intensive training mode was an effective short-term junior nurses training method.
