目的评价乳管镜对乳头溢液诊断的价值.方法回顾分析2011年7月~2012年7月乳管镜检查乳头溢液100例的临床资料.结果不同性状乳头溢液的乳管镜诊断有较明显的区别.经病理证实，乳管镜对乳头溢液病因的诊断符合率为91.2.0%(52/57).结论乳管镜可有效提高对乳头溢液病因诊断的准确率，有很高的临床应用价值.

Objective To assess the value of fiberoptic ductoscopy(FDS)in the diagnosis of nipple discharge.Methods Clinical records of 100 patients with nipple discharge undergoing FDS from July 2011 toJuly 2012 were reviewed.Results There were obviously differences in the FDS diagnosis of various nipple discharge traits.The diagnosis by FDS was pathologically confirmed in 93.0%of patients with nipple discharge(40/43).Conclusion FDS can effectively improve the diagnosis of nipple discharge,and has great clinical significance.
