目的胃肠道疾病的患者在治疗中应用肠内营养支持的不良反应预防.方法将2008年3月至2011年9月阳泉市第一人民医院住院的病人按营养液不同的输注方式随机分为两组,一组采用原始方法输注,另一组采用低浓度、缓速、加热棒加热方法输注.结果实验组不良反应例数较对照组明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论采用改进后输注方法较原始输注方法病人不良反应少,病人的耐受力得到提高,保证了肠内营养支持的安全和有效.

Objective] Disease of gastrointestinal tract in the treatment of patients with enteral nutrition support in the prevention of side reaction.[Methods] Grouping the patients during a period into two groups randomly,( According to the different input modes divided patients of gastrointestinal surgery from 2008 to 2011 in fist hospital of Yangquan city into two groups randomly.) one group use the original method of infusion, the other one use the low concentration, slow,heater heating method of infusion.[Results]The incidence of adverse reaction occured in experiment group decreased obviously compared with that in the control group. This difference has statistical significance (P﹤0.05).[Conclusion] the improved infusion method compared with the original infusion in patients with few adverse reactions, the patient's tolerance is improved, to ensure the enteral nutrition support is safe and effective.
