目的了解实习生与患者沟通存在的不足之处，为改善实习生与患者关系提供参考。方法随机对35名实习生进行问卷调查和访问，有效问卷35份。结果实习生主动性不够，缺乏礼貌用语，沟通不畅，实习生和患者之间缺乏理解，带教老师示范作用欠缺。结论可以通过培养实习医生沟通能力及加强对实习生及带教老师的管理来改善实习生与患者的关系。
목적료해실습생여환자구통존재적불족지처，위개선실습생여환자관계제공삼고。방법수궤대35명실습생진행문권조사화방문，유효문권35빈。결과실습생주동성불구，결핍례모용어，구통불창，실습생화환자지간결핍리해，대교로사시범작용흠결。결론가이통과배양실습의생구통능력급가강대실습생급대교로사적관리래개선실습생여환자적관계。
Objective To find out the wesknesses of the communication between interns and Patients, then offer reference to improve their relationship;[Method]By random sampling answering voluntarily,35 valid questionnaires handed in;Result The interns are lack of initiatives and polite speech, Communication not free , there is a lack of understanding between inters and patients, lack of good impression as a teacher ,[Conclusion]we can develop the students' communication stills and strengthen the management of the interns and the teachers to improve the Relationship between interns and Patients.
