目的探讨实时三维超声心动图对不典型川崎病冠状动脉病变的诊断价值.方法对60例临床诊断不典型川崎病患儿分别行二维和实时三维超声心动图检查,通过对比分析评价三维超声心动图的临床价值.结果60例患儿中经二维超声心动图检出冠状动脉病变41例(68.33%),经实时三维超声心动图检出冠状动脉病变52例(86.67%),以单纯左冠状动脉病变为多,三维超声心动图较二维超声心动图能够更清晰地显示冠状动脉内膜的变化,对不典型川崎病冠状动脉病变的诊断更敏感、准确、诊断率更高.结论与二维超声心动图比较,实时三维超声心动图更能清晰、准确地反映冠状动脉的病变,为临床的早期诊疗提供更多、更准确的信息,是检查不典型川崎病冠状动脉病变的有效方法.

Objective To explore real-time three-dimensional echocardiography of atypical kawasaki disease of coronary artery disease diagnosis value. Methods 60 patients clinical diagnosis of atypical kawasaki disease were children to do 2D and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, through the contrast analysis and evaluation three-dimensional echocardiography clinical value. Results 60 cases of two-dimensional echocardiography in detecting coronary artery lesions 41 cases (68.33%), the real-time three-dimensional echocardiography detection of coronary artery lesions in 52 cases (86.67%), with simple left coronary artery lesions were, three dimensional echocardiography is two-dimensional echocardiography can more clearly show that coronary artery intimal changes, the atypical kawasaki disease of coronary artery disease diagnosis more sensitive, accurate and diagnosis rate higher. Conclusion Compared with two-dimensional echocardiography, real-time three-dimensional echocardiography more clearly and accurately reflect the coronary artery disease, early diagnosis and treatment for clinical provide more and more accurate information, is checking atypical kawasaki disease of coronary artery lesions of the effective methods.
