目的为了了解天水地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症的发病情况。方法采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法,测定新生儿出生72 h后足跟血的干血滤纸片中的促甲状腺激素(TSH)浓度,仪器和试剂均由芬兰PE公司提供,样本按照《新生儿疾病筛查技术规范》采集和递送。结果共筛查本地区新生儿88081例,确诊甲状腺功能低下31例。结论本地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症发病率为1：2841,为该类疾病的防治提供了科学依据。

In order to investigate the morbidity of the neonatal congenital hypothyroidism and the status of illness in Tianshui area, we measure the concentrations of thyroid-stimulating hormone ( TSH ) in dry blood filter papers from the heels of the baby born after 72 hours. Our instruments and reagents are supplied by Finland companies, and the samples are collected and and deliveried in accordance with the technical specifications of newborn babies diseases screening. Our results show that there are 31 babies with hypothyroidism disease out of 88081 newborn babies.These indicate the incidence rates of neonatal congenital hypothyroidism in Tianshui region is 1:2841. This provide a scientific basis for us to preventing and controlling to such kind of disease.
