目的探讨SCID小鼠人肺腺癌移植瘤模型的建立及其生物学特性。方法将人肺腺癌细胞系A2细胞移植于SCID小鼠皮下,用其瘤块传代至转移率为95%以上,共6代。采用光镜、MTT等手段对各代移植瘤的形态特征、移植瘤的增殖、侵袭和转移等生物学特性进行研究。结果移植瘤的形态学特点与原始细胞系完全一致,而原代与晚代移植瘤之间的比较,显示进一步恶化的特征。

목적탐토SCID소서인폐선암이식류모형적건립급기생물학특성。방법장인폐선암세포계A2세포이식우SCID소서피하,용기류괴전대지전이솔위95%이상,공6대。채용광경、MTT등수단대각대이식류적형태특정、이식류적증식、침습화전이등생물학특성진행연구。결과이식류적형태학특점여원시세포계완전일치,이원대여만대이식류지간적비교,현시진일보악화적특정。
Objective: To establish a SCID mouse model of human lung adenocarcinoma and study its biological behavoir. Methods: A2 cells were inoculated in SCID mouse,and after successfully tumor formation ,the generated tumors were implanted into . MTT was used to detect the growth of A2 cells.Results: The success rate of implantion was 95%. Conclusion: The SCID mouse model of human lung adenocarcinoma of A2 cell line ,with ideal implantation and growth rate ,allows convenient observation.
