目的观察布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化溶液压缩雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)的疗效、安全性.方法4O例中重度AECOPD患者随机分为对照组20例,予常规抗炎、扩管、化痰等治疗;治疗组20例,在常规治疗基础上加用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化溶液压缩雾化吸入.记录治疗前和治疗7天后CAT评分,血气分析,平均住院时间,副反应.结果1.治疗组治疗7天后CAT评分,PaO2,PaCO2,住院时间对比对照组(P<0.05).2.副反应:治疗组主要为心悸.结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化溶液压缩雾化吸入是治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)的安全有效的方法.

ObjectiveTo study the efficacy of Salbutamol combined with Budesonide in inhalation treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease .MethodsFortypatientswithCOPDwererandomlydividedinto an observation group and a control group. There were twenty cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with combined treatment of Salbutamol and Budesonide besides routine therapeutic regimen, while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy of Budesonide. Record the CAT indicators of blood gas and the comparison treatment before and after the seven days, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between patients of these two groups. Results The indicators of blood gas, lung function and the clinical efficacy analysis were compared after the treatment, and their difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).The difference in corresponding indicatiors between these two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion Salbutamol jointed with Budesonide was more effective than the application of a single drug, and it is effective in the treatment of patients with COPD.
