目的探讨项目缺陷率管理对特殊科系各科室护理质量的评价方法.方法在特殊科系各科室专科护理质量考核中，对科室检查中存在的每个问题作为1个缺陷项目，以项目缺陷率评价各科室护理质量的高低.结果项目数多、任务重、工作量大的科室的护理质量排名靠前明显，差异有显著意义(P<O.05)，其中以手术室、ICU、急诊科的变化最为明显.实施项目缺陷率评价后科室满意度显著高于实施前，差异具有显著意义(P<O.05).结论项目缺陷率管理能客观公正地评价特殊科系各科室的护理质量，是质量管理的重要手段.

OBJECTIVE : Discusses the project management on the defect rate of special departments in departments of nursing quality evaluation method. METHODS: In the special department department nursing quality assessment in,the departments of examination in the presence of each question as a 1 defective items,to project the defect rate of the nursing quality evaluation.RESULTS: Project number, the task is heavy, the workload of the nursing quality of the department was ranked ahead of,there was a significant difference (P<0.05),the operation room, ICU, the most obvious changes in emergency department. the implementation of the project after the defect rate evaluation,department of satisfaction was significantly higher than before the implementation.CONCLUSION: Project rate of defect management to assess objectively the special department of the quality of nursing,It is an important means of quality management.
