目的观察糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效.方法选取110例患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组.治疗组给予复方糠酸莫米松乳膏，对照组给予复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏，持续给药2周后观察疗效.结果治疗组患儿总有效率为87.69%，复发率为13.85%；对照组总有效率为60%，复发率为28.89%.治疗组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论糠酸莫米松乳膏可显著提高婴幼儿湿疹的治愈率，同时降低该疾病的复发率，安全有效，建议在临床上广泛使用.

Objective: To observe the efficacy of mometasone furoate cream in the treatment of infant eczema. Methods: 110 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was given compound mometasone furoate cream, the control group was given compound dexamethasone acetate cream, after two weeks of continuous administration efficacy. Results: The treatment group children total effective rate of 87.69%, the recurrence rate was 13.85%; the control group, the total effective rate of 60%, the recurrence rate was 28.89%.
