目的观察翁贯愈疡汤保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法将53例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组28例采用翁贯愈疡汤水煎剂保留灌肠，对照组25例以氢化可的松琥珀酸钠保留灌肠，两组均同时口服柳氮磺吡啶片(SASP )。比较两组治疗前后症状、肠镜改变情况，并观察药物安全性。结果两组症状积分、肠镜改变及疗效比较，治疗组与对照组无明显差异，但治疗组安全性更高。结论翁贯愈疡汤保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎可明显改善患者全身症状，使患者结肠粘膜恢复正常，疗效确切，达到与激素治疗同等水平，且安全性更高。
목적관찰옹관유양탕보류관장치료궤양성결장염적림상료효급용약안전성。방법장53례궤양성결장염환자수궤분위량조，치료조28례채용옹관유양탕수전제보류관장，대조조25례이경화가적송호박산납보류관장，량조균동시구복류담광필정편(SASP )。비교량조치료전후증상、장경개변정황，병관찰약물안전성。결과량조증상적분、장경개변급료효비교，치료조여대조조무명현차이，단치료조안전성경고。결론옹관유양탕보류관장치료궤양성결장염가명현개선환자전신증상，사환자결장점막회복정상，료효학절，체도여격소치료동등수평，차안전성경고。
Objective:To observe the effect of weng-guan-yu-yang-tang retention enema in treating ulcerative colitis. Methods:Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treated group were treated with weng-guan-yu-yang-tang,and the control group were treated with Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate.Two groups all took the western medicine SASP.The improvement in clinical symptoms scoring, changes in colonoscopy and the safety of the drug were observed. Results:Compared with before treatment, the improvement in clinical symptoms scoring, changes in colonoscopy and curative effect showed insignificant difference between the two groups,But the safety of the drug ,the treated group is better than the control group. Conclusion: Weng-guan-yu-yang-tang retention enema can be improve the whole body of patient symptom noticeably,making the sticky patient colon film recover is regular,the curative effect is definit. The curative effect reached the same level of treating with Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate,and the safety of the drug ,the treated group is better than the control group.
