目的应用过敏原检测系统检测儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘血清中总IgE和特异性IgE抗体水平，为更好地诊断和避免进一步接触过敏原提供可靠的科学依据。方法采用酶免疫分析法对50例患儿进行血清总IgE和特异性IgE抗体水平检测。结果其中对一种过敏原呈阳性反应者13例，占26%；对两种或两种以上过敏原呈阳性反应者31例，占62%，食物组阳性率以牛奶、鸡蛋白为最高。结论通过对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清中总IgE和特异性IgE抗体水平检测可确认过敏体质和找出致病过敏原，对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床诊断治疗和疾病预防提供诊断信息。

Objective The allergen detection system was employed to detect total IgE and specific IgE which exist in the serum of children with disease of cough allergic asthma. In order to preferably diagnosing and avoiding contact allergens to provide a reliable scientific basis. Methods Using the method of an enzyme immunoassayto detecting serum total IgE and specific IgE of 50 patients.Results 13 cases exist an allergic positive reaction, accounting for 26%; 31 cases exist two or more allergic positive reactions accounting for 62% Conclusions The detection of serum total IgE and specific IgE which exist in the serum of children with disease of cough allergic asthma can confirm allergic constitution and find the allergen. The diagnostic value of the clinical diagnosis and treatment and prevention of disease.
