目的分析我院慢性咳嗽病人中咳嗽变异性哮喘的发生率以及吸入治疗的效果.方法对慢性咳嗽病人行支气管激发实验并对阳性病人行吸入治疗.结果咳嗽变异性哮喘发生率为29.66%，对吸入治疗效果满意.结论对慢性咳嗽病人应常规行支气管激发实验，并对阳性病人常规进行吸入治疗.

Objective: To explore the incidence rate and therapeutic effect of inhaled salmeterol/fluticasone of the cough variant asthma in our hospital. Methods: The chronic cough patients were evaluated . The bronchial provocation tests were carried out . The patients with positive were treated with inhaled salmeterol/fluticasone . Results: The positive rate of cough variant asthma was 29.66% . The treatment effect was satisfactory . Conclusion: Therefore, in suspected case of asthma , routine examination of bronchial provocation test should be performed . The patients with positive should be treated with inhaled salmeterol/fluticasone .
