目的探讨健康教育在髋部骨折患者治疗中的应用效果，分析其临床意义。方法采用回顾性分析方法分析我院从2010年7月到2012年3月收治的106例髋部骨折患者的临床资料，依据是否实施健康教育将患者分为观察组(常规护理联合健康教育)76例和对照组(常规护理)30例。观察2组患者的康复效果及护理服务满意度。结果观察组的康复情况及护理服务满意度均明显高于对照组。观察组无一例并发症发生，对照组有个别出现便秘及尿路感染等并发症。结论健康教育应用于髋部骨折患者中可以增加患者对疾病的认识，消除诸多危险因素，提高护理服务满意度，对后续的康复治疗，预防并发症方面有较好的效果。

Objective we will discuss the application effects and ana lyse Clinical significance of the health education in the hip fracture treatment. Methods We used the retrospective analysis to ana lyse the clinical datas of 106 patients with the hip fracture from 7,2010 to 3, 2012 in our hospital and according to whether it enforced the health education or not , the patients were divided into observation group which had 76 cases for routine nursing and health education and control group which had 30 cases for routine nursing. We could observe the rehabilitation effects and satisfactions with nursing service of the two groups. Result The rehabilitation effects and satisfactions with nursing service of the observation group were better than control group. There was no complication in the observation group but there were several constipations and urinary tract infections in the control group. Conclusion The health education can let the patients know more about the disease, eliminate some risk factors, increase the satisfactions with nursing service and has the good effects to the rehabilitation therapy and prevent complications.
