Aimed at the case of much more wall cracking caused because frame beam deflection is oversize and the comfort is poor , one design method for that using flexible tension bar improves frame beam deflection was put forward which can effectively improve the beam deflection , and at the same time to enhance the comfort , the steel consumption was reduced so that the social resources can be saved .
