采用文献资料和专家访谈法，对奥运会的项目设置进行研究，得出奥运会在项目设置上不仅存在要适应时代发展需要和普及程度的外显性标准，还具有潜在的内隐性标准的结论，提出无论是奥运会项目还是非奥运会项目，要适应奥运会的发展，就必须迎合奥运会项目设置要求的建议。

by using the methods of literature and experts interview and analyzing the project settings of the Olympic Games, the conclusion is gotten that when setting projects, the Olympic Games need not only the dominant standard of meeting the needs of times development and popularity, but also the potential recessive standard. The suggestion is put forward that not only the Olympic Games, but also the non-Olympic Games must cater for the project settings of the Olympic Games, to adapt to the development of the Olympic Games.
