In order to understand Physical Education (PE) teachers’ development status in the middle schools of cities in Minnan, the author discusses PE teachers’ basic information, classroom teaching, teaching research, professional study, continuing education and the achievements of teaching and research by using literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and other research methods. Furthermore, related suggestions are made in the end.
