为了探索金莲花黄色素的提取条件,以金莲花干花瓣为实验材料,无水乙醇为提取剂.选择液固比、温度和提取时间等因素进行单因素试验,在此基础上,进行了三因素三水平正交试验.试验结果表明,当液固比为50:1(mL/g),提取温度为60℃,提取时间为60min时,金莲花黄色素提取率达10.9%.
為瞭探索金蓮花黃色素的提取條件,以金蓮花榦花瓣為實驗材料,無水乙醇為提取劑.選擇液固比、溫度和提取時間等因素進行單因素試驗,在此基礎上,進行瞭三因素三水平正交試驗.試驗結果錶明,噹液固比為50:1(mL/g),提取溫度為60℃,提取時間為60min時,金蓮花黃色素提取率達10.9%.

In order to obtain the conditions for yellow pigment from golden lotus, was used as material, and reagent for abstracting lecithin was ethanol. The ratio of liquid to solid, temperature and extraction times were selected to be factors for single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that when the ratio of liquid to solid, temperature and extraction times were 50:1, 60℃and 60m in respectively, the yellow pigm ent from golden lotus was obtained to be 10.9%.
