目的对应用主动免疫与HCG联合对患有不明原因反复自发性流产的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取76例患有不明原因反复自发性流产的患者病例，将其分为对照组和治疗组，平均每组38例。对照组患者采用主动免疫法进行治疗；治疗组患者采用主动免疫与HCG联合进行治疗。结果治疗组患者自发性流产治疗效果明显优于对照组；治疗时间明显短于对照组；出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组；治疗费用明显低于对照组。结论应用主动免疫与HCG联合对患有不明原因反复自发性流产的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
