目的总结16例腹主动脉瘤(AAA)覆膜支架腔内隔绝术病例的围手术期护理经验。方法针对腹主动脉瘤覆膜支架腔内隔绝术特点：制定围手术期护理要点，分别从加强术前术后病情观察，做好术前指导，心理护理，预防并发症、做好恢复期健康教育等方面进行护理。结果16例患者均顺利渡过围手术期。结论针对疾病特点采取正确的护理措施是腹主动脉瘤患者顺利渡过围手术期的重要保证。
목적총결16례복주동맥류(AAA)복막지가강내격절술병례적위수술기호리경험。방법침대복주동맥류복막지가강내격절술특점：제정위수술기호리요점，분별종가강술전술후병정관찰，주호술전지도，심리호리，예방병발증、주호회복기건강교육등방면진행호리。결과16례환자균순리도과위수술기。결론침대질병특점채취정학적호리조시시복주동맥류환자순리도과위수술기적중요보증。
Objective: To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of 16 cases of endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR). Methods: According to the characteristic of EVAR, we made the perioperative nursing main points, including enhancement of observation on the preoperative and postoperative disease condition, detailed preoperative instruction, psychological nursing, prevention of complications, health education in recovery phase. Results: All the 16 patients tided over the perioperation phase. Conclusions: We should take the appropriate care measures according to the disease characteristic. This is an important guarantee for the abdominal aortic aneurysm patients to recover rapidly.
