随着互联网、手机的普及，微博在现实社会中的作用越来越大，对社会公共事务的影响也逐渐由旁观者走向参与者。如何发挥其优点，限制其不足，日益成为人们的关注点。加强微博话语平台在构建和谐社会、法治社会方面的作用，需要做到三点：一是坚持法治化策略，二是坚持多元化策略，三是进行广泛的新媒体素养教育。

Microblog is playing an important role in realistic society with the popularization of Internet and smart cellophanes. Its role in social public affairs is from a bystander to a participant. But how to bring its advantages against its shortages is becoming the focus. As to strengthening the construction of a harmonious society and society with the rule of law in microblog platform, this paper puts forward three points:first, we should adhere to the policy of legalization;the second is the diversification, and the last is the education of media literacy.
