通过对P/Q-6348滚棒炉生产线碳势控制系统的升级改造,实现了炉内碳势的自动控制功能,解决了因设备影响产品脱碳的质量问题,提高了生产效率,降低了设备和人为因素等对产品质量的影响,减少了返修品及废品;同时也提高了设备的先进性和自动化程度,减少了能源的损耗。
通過對P/Q-6348滾棒爐生產線碳勢控製繫統的升級改造,實現瞭爐內碳勢的自動控製功能,解決瞭因設備影響產品脫碳的質量問題,提高瞭生產效率,降低瞭設備和人為因素等對產品質量的影響,減少瞭返脩品及廢品;同時也提高瞭設備的先進性和自動化程度,減少瞭能源的損耗。
통과대P/Q-6348곤봉로생산선탄세공제계통적승급개조,실현료로내탄세적자동공제공능,해결료인설비영향산품탈탄적질량문제,제고료생산효솔,강저료설비화인위인소등대산품질량적영향,감소료반수품급폐품;동시야제고료설비적선진성화자동화정도,감소료능원적손모。
Through the improvement of carbon controlling system for P/Q-6348 roller hearth furnace heat treatment line,automatic carbon controlling in furnace is implemented. The quality problem of decarbonization due to the equipment is solved, so as to improve production efficiency and reduce the effect of equipment and personnel on product quality. The quantity of reworked parts and scrap is reduced as well. Meanwhile, the progressiveness and automation degree of equipment is improved, and the energy loss is reduced.
