自改革开放以来，尤其是社会主义市场经济体制建立以来，原来一直沿用的户籍制度已远远跟不上发展的要求，限制了合理的人才流动。为此，国家提出了户籍改革的各种方案，并逐步探索性地落实了一些改革和措施，收到了比较好的效果。高校的户籍管理也随着国家户籍管理的大的方针政策实施了一些改革。
自改革開放以來，尤其是社會主義市場經濟體製建立以來，原來一直沿用的戶籍製度已遠遠跟不上髮展的要求，限製瞭閤理的人纔流動。為此，國傢提齣瞭戶籍改革的各種方案，併逐步探索性地落實瞭一些改革和措施，收到瞭比較好的效果。高校的戶籍管理也隨著國傢戶籍管理的大的方針政策實施瞭一些改革。
자개혁개방이래，우기시사회주의시장경제체제건립이래，원래일직연용적호적제도이원원근불상발전적요구，한제료합리적인재류동。위차，국가제출료호적개혁적각충방안，병축보탐색성지락실료일사개혁화조시，수도료비교호적효과。고교적호적관리야수착국가호적관리적대적방침정책실시료일사개혁。
Since the implementation of reform and opening up , especially the building of the socialist market economy , the household registration system that has been in use could not keep up with the requirement of development and has restricted the reasonable flow of talent.So, various schemes of the household registration reform have been proposed , some reforms and meas-ures have been gradually explored and implemented , which has achieved good results.Some reforms also have been implemented in the household register management of colleges and universities according to big policies of the national household registration management.
