TETRA数字集群移动基站是城市TETRA应急指挥通信系统中的重要组成部分，文章所设计的数字集群移动基站可以解决应急指挥通信车与远程指挥中心的通信，处理紧急通信事务、改善网络覆盖质量和补充临时网络容量短缺等问题。

The digital group TETRA is the important component part of the emergency command communication system for urban TET -RA.The mobile station of digital group proposed in this paper can bear the communication function between emergency command truck and the remote command center .So, it can handle the emergency communication business , improve the cover quality of network , and compensate the temporary capacity shortage .
