以对氨基苯硫酚(ATP)为功能单体,沙丁胺醇(SAL)为模板分子,在纳米金修饰玻碳电极上,以电聚合法制备了沙丁胺醇分子印迹聚合物膜.采用扫描电镜和电化学交流阻抗法对该印迹电极修饰电极进行表征;研究与其结构类似的干扰物,如:特伦特罗、特布他林等对SAL测定的影响,结果表明该印迹选择性良好,有较好的重现性和稳定性;以铁氰化钾作为电化学探针,采用电化学阻抗法对SAL进行定量测定,该电极对SAL响应迅速,SAL的阻抗值与其浓度在6.2×10-9~2.4×10-7 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为3.1×10-9 mol/L .该传感器可用于猪饲料中SAL含量测定.

A molecularly imprinted poly-p-aminothiophenol/AuNPs electrochemical sensor was fabricated via electropolymerization by taking salbutamol as template molecule . Scanning electron microscope(SEM ) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were employed to investigate the surface morphologies and electrochemiacal properties of the imprinted layer . The presence of some analogues(clenbuterol and terbutaline) didn't interrupt the determination of salbutamol ,the imprinted electrode exhibited excellent selectivity ,low detection limit and good long-time storage stability for the determination of SAL .Ferricyanide was used as oxidation-reduction probe ,and the determination was carried out by measuring the variation of impedimetric response .Fast response can be achieved within 12 min covering a linear range of 6 .2 × 10-9 -2 .4 × 10-7 mol/L ,and a detection limit of 3 .1 × 10-9 mol/L was obtained . The imprinted electrochemical sensor was successfully applied to the determination of salbutamol in finely swine feed samples .
