采用二次阳极氧化法制备了高度有序的多孔氧化铝模板,并基于该氧化铝模板,采用脉冲直流电化学沉积的方法制备了金纳米线阵列。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM )、透射电子显微镜(TEM )和X线衍射仪(XRD)对所制备的金纳米线的形貌及晶体结构进行分析。结果表明:不同的沉积电压下制备的金纳米线具有不同的生长取向性,当沉积电压为3 V时制备出的金纳米线沿[200]方向具有明显的生长取向性。利用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)对金纳米线阵列光学性能进行研究,发现金纳米线的等离子体共振吸收峰随着沉积电压的增大先蓝移而后发生红移。
採用二次暘極氧化法製備瞭高度有序的多孔氧化鋁模闆,併基于該氧化鋁模闆,採用脈遲直流電化學沉積的方法製備瞭金納米線陣列。利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM )、透射電子顯微鏡(TEM )和X線衍射儀(XRD)對所製備的金納米線的形貌及晶體結構進行分析。結果錶明:不同的沉積電壓下製備的金納米線具有不同的生長取嚮性,噹沉積電壓為3 V時製備齣的金納米線沿[200]方嚮具有明顯的生長取嚮性。利用紫外-可見光譜(UV-Vis)對金納米線陣列光學性能進行研究,髮現金納米線的等離子體共振吸收峰隨著沉積電壓的增大先藍移而後髮生紅移。

Highly ordered anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates were prepared by a two-step anodic anodization . Gold nanowire arrays were fabricated into the AAO templates via pulse DC electrodeposition . The morphology and crystal structure of gold nanowires were researched by scanning electron microscopy (SEM )、transmission electron microscope (TEM ) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) ,the results showed gold nanowires deposited by different applied voltage grow along different orientations ,it formed gold nanowire along [200] when pH=3 ,U=3 V .The optical properties of gold nanowire arrays were studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometer ,it showed that with the deposition voltage increased ,the absorption peak firstly blue-shifted ,then red-shifted .
