在同一群鸡不同日龄阶段按20/1000羽随机采血分离血清，分别检测新城疫 H I抗体，观察其抗体水平消长规律。结果表明，在参考的免疫程序中13日龄和23日龄的H I抗体水平明显低于阳性标准血清的7（log2）抗体值。鸡新城疫的免疫程序建议为：首免5-7日龄Ⅱ系饮水或滴鼻；二免14-16日龄Ⅱ系或Ⅳ系饮水或滴鼻；三免30-32日龄Ⅳ系饮水或滴眼；四免60-70日龄Ⅰ系肌肉注射；五免110-120日龄Ⅰ系肌肉注射；后每隔五个月加免一次Ⅰ系肌肉注射。
재동일군계불동일령계단안20/1000우수궤채혈분리혈청，분별검측신성역 H I항체，관찰기항체수평소장규률。결과표명，재삼고적면역정서중13일령화23일령적H I항체수평명현저우양성표준혈청적7（log2）항체치。계신성역적면역정서건의위：수면5-7일령Ⅱ계음수혹적비；이면14-16일령Ⅱ계혹Ⅳ계음수혹적비；삼면30-32일령Ⅳ계음수혹적안；사면60-70일령Ⅰ계기육주사；오면110-120일령Ⅰ계기육주사；후매격오개월가면일차Ⅰ계기육주사。
According to the age difference ,blood of the same group of chicken with the ratio of feather 20/1000 was randomly collected ,so that HI antibody of ND was respectively detected and the fluctuated laws of antibody was observed .The results showed that in the reference of immune procedure ,the value HI antibody level of age of 13 days and of 23 days were apparently lower than the value of positive of standard serum which is 7 .The suggestion of immune procedure of ND was :firstly ,removing the drinking and nasal inhalation of 5-7 days Ⅱ series ;secondly ,removing the drinking and nasal inhalation of 14 -16 days Ⅱor Ⅳseries ;thirdly ,removing the drinking and eye drop of 30 -32 days Ⅳseries ;fourthly ,removing the intramuscular injection of 60-70 daysⅠseries;fifthly ,removing the intramuscular injection of 110-120 daysⅠseries;finally , removing the intramuscular injection of Ⅰseries every 5 months .
