高职高专院校利用学校自身的办学特色、结合行业特点，有针对性地对特色资源进行数字化建设，是图书馆打造差异化的核心竞争力，避免特色资源数字化建设同质化的重要途径。建设过程除了要注意特色资源数据库的整合，网上资源特色化馆藏开发，建立标准化数据库；还要全面统筹规划，注意知识产权等问题。

Higher vocational colleges take advantage of its’own characteristics, combined with industry features to make targeted digitalization construction of its characteristic resources,which is the corecompetencies for the library to build differentiation, and also an important way to avoid the homogeneity of characteristic resource digitalization construction. The process of construction must pay attention to the integration of characteristic resource database, and development of library online characteristic resources collection, establishing standardized database, comprehensive overall planning, and the problem of intellectual property rights, etc.
