张力减径以其工艺优越性在焊管生产中得到广泛应用。主要研究了焊管张力减径过程中壁厚的变化情况,介绍了管壁计算公式及其迭代计算过程,对焊管张力减径过程进行了基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA的有限元模拟。对模拟得出的钢管壁厚与理论计算值以及实测值进行了对比,发现理论计算出的壁厚值与实测出的壁厚值非常吻合, ANSYS模拟出的壁厚值与实测值误差不超过4%,这为焊管张力减径工艺与设备参数的设计提供了依据。

With the superiority in forming process ,stretch reducing rolling has been widely used in welded tube production .The article studies the thickness distribution of welded tubes in stretch reducing rolling process ,introduces the formula of thickness and iterative process .The stretch reducing rolling process is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA .The calculated values and simulated values of thickness are compared with measured values .It has found that calculated values are basically consistent with the measured values .The error between simulated values and measured values is less than 4% .The study provides the reliable analysis tool for design of stretch reducing rolling process and equipment in welded tube production .
