为弄清引起云南、贵州和四川3省常春藤炭疽病的病原菌种类,采用单胞分离法对引起3省炭疽病的常春藤病原进行了分离。通过显微形态特征和ITS分子系统学研究表明,常春藤炭疽病病原为常春藤炭疽菌(Colletotrichum trichellum (Fr.) Duke)。

To explore the species on Hedera nepalensis associated with anthracnose in Guizhou, Sichuan, and Yunnan, China, the anthracnose pathogens on the plant have been isolated by using single-spore isolation method. Based on morphological studies and ITS phylogenetic analysis, the phytopathogen was identified as Colletotrichum trichellum (Fr.) Duke.
