Rumex obtusifolius L.%flavonoids%2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrzyl (DPPH·)
采用分光光度法测定钝叶酸模黄酮提取物对DPPH自由基的清除率。结果表明:钝叶酸模黄酮化合物对DPPH有较强的清除作用,且清除率随试样中钝叶酸模总黄酮溶液浓度的增加而增强。钝叶酸模总黄酮在样品浓度为0.194 mg/mL时,清除率最大达到91%,略低于相同浓度下VC的清除率,显著高于VE和EDTA的清除率。
採用分光光度法測定鈍葉痠模黃酮提取物對DPPH自由基的清除率。結果錶明:鈍葉痠模黃酮化閤物對DPPH有較彊的清除作用,且清除率隨試樣中鈍葉痠模總黃酮溶液濃度的增加而增彊。鈍葉痠模總黃酮在樣品濃度為0.194 mg/mL時,清除率最大達到91%,略低于相同濃度下VC的清除率,顯著高于VE和EDTA的清除率。
채용분광광도법측정둔협산모황동제취물대DPPH자유기적청제솔。결과표명:둔협산모황동화합물대DPPH유교강적청제작용,차청제솔수시양중둔협산모총황동용액농도적증가이증강。둔협산모총황동재양품농도위0.194 mg/mL시,청제솔최대체도91%,략저우상동농도하VC적청제솔,현저고우VE화EDTA적청제솔。
Using spectrophotometric methods to study the rate of consumption of Rumex obtusifolius L.fla-vonoids on DPPH radical scavenging,the results of the expenimear shows that:the extraction of the flavo-noids from Rumex obtusifolius L. on DPPH elimination has better effect. Going up along with the Rumex obtusifolius L. flavonoids compound density, its function of anti-oxidation will be strengthen gradually. The elimination of the density of the Rumex obtusifolius L. flavonoids (0.194mg/ml) was attained by 91%, and remarkable exceeded the same density VE and EDTA, lower than the same density VC .
