目的研究雷公藤多甙片治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效。方法对20例难治性肾病综合征患者应用雷公藤多甙片联合常规强的松片治疗14-18个月，定期复查相关指标，观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果病情完全缓解8例，占40%，显著缓解7例，占35%，部分缓解4例，占20%，无效1例，占5%，总缓解率95%。结论应用雷公藤多甙片联合常规糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征，疗效肯定，复发率低，副作用小。

목적연구뢰공등다대편치료난치성신병종합정적료효。방법대20례난치성신병종합정환자응용뢰공등다대편연합상규강적송편치료14-18개월，정기복사상관지표，관찰치료효과급불량반응。결과병정완전완해8례，점40%，현저완해7례，점35%，부분완해4례，점20%，무효1례，점5%，총완해솔95%。결론응용뢰공등다대편연합상규당피질격소치료난치성신병종합정，료효긍정，복발솔저，부작용소。
Objective Research of Tripterygium wilfordii tablets in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome. Methods 20 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome patients with Tripterygium wilfordii tablet combined with routine prednisone therapy for 14-18 months, regularly review the relevant index, to observe the curative effect and adverse reaction. Results complete remission in 8 cases, accounting for 40%, obviously relieved in 7 cases, accounting for 35%, partial remission in 4 cases, accounting for 20%, 1 cases ineffective, accounted for 5% of the total, 95% remission rate. Conclusion the application of Tripterygium wilfordii tablet combined with conventional glucocorticoid therapy for refractory nephrotic syndrome, definite curative effect, low recurrence rate, small side effect.
