为研究和改善当代大学生学习动力不足的现状，在传统教育学、教育心理学的基础上，创造性地提出了大学生学习动力模型，并立足于高职高专学生实际，着重研究高职学生学习动力问题，通过3个梯次的样本调查的方式，经有效的数据统计分析，探析高职学生学习动力来源。

Considering college studentslack of learning motivation,on the basis of traditional pedagogy and pedagogical psychology,this paper innovatively proposes a model of studentslearning motivation. Then,according to the present situation,it focuses on problems of learning motivation and analyzes the sources of studentslearning motivation by three sample surveys in echelon and scientific&effective data.
