以顺丁烯二酸酐和Sp80为原料,在对甲苯磺酸的催化作用下合成了Sp80顺丁烯酸单酯,通过实验得到最佳反应条件:反应温度为110℃、反应时间为8h、催化剂为甲基苯磺酸、溶剂为甲苯。傅立叶红外分析表明顺丁烯二酸酐和Sp80发生了酯化反应。使用此种乳化剂制备的乳化炸药的爆轰性能符合要求,稳定性强于Sp80制备的乳化炸药。

Sp80 maleic acid monoester was synthesized from maleic anhydride and Sp80 under the catalysis of p-toluene sulfonic acid. Optimum reaction conditions were obtained by experiments, which were reacting temperature of 110℃, reaction time of 8 h, catalyst of methyl benzene sulfonic acid and solvent of toluene. Fourier infrared analysis showed that the esterification reaction of maleic anhydride and Sp80 took place. Detonation performance of the emulsion explosive from this kind of emulsifier conforms to requirement, and the stability is better than that of the emulsion explosive from Sp80.
