为了消除某型导弹发动机用电点火具绝缘电阻超差现象,基于电介质极化原理,采用解剖显微观察的方法,分析了电点火具脚壳之间游离的焊锡渣对绝缘电阻的影响。采取高低电压双控测量绝缘电阻的方法,对电点火具生产过程实施监控,取得了良好的效果。
為瞭消除某型導彈髮動機用電點火具絕緣電阻超差現象,基于電介質極化原理,採用解剖顯微觀察的方法,分析瞭電點火具腳殼之間遊離的銲錫渣對絕緣電阻的影響。採取高低電壓雙控測量絕緣電阻的方法,對電點火具生產過程實施鑑控,取得瞭良好的效果。

To eliminate the over proof phenomenon of insulation resistance for the electric igniter of some missile motor ,based on the principle of dielectric medium polarization , the means of anatomy and microscopy were adopted, to analyze the effect of the solder residue on the insulation resistance, which was drifted away between the shell and leg of electric igniter. Meanwhile, the high-voltage and low-voltage double controlling ways to measure the insulation resistance was put forward, to monitor the production process of the electric igniter, the application indicated the measures has good effect.
