应用内弹道经典模型分析了AP1000爆破阀的工作原理及作用过程,建立了相关数学模型。根据爆破阀具体参数进行仿真模拟,得到膛内压力等参数随时间变化的可视化曲线;并研究输入参数变化幅值为15%时仿真结果的变化,从而得到影响结果的重要参数。此外,进行了爆破阀整机实验,通过与仿真结果对比分析验证了仿真结果可靠有效。

Based on the model of classical interior trajectory, the functional principle and the work process of AP1000 squib valve were analyzed, and the mathematical model was established. According to the parameters of the squib valve, the simulations were made to get the visual curves of the parameters. The important parameters are picked out on the basis of the simulation results, using different groups of input parameters within the range of 15%. At the same time, the whole squib valve was tested, the results verified the reliability of simulation results.
