目的探讨苁蓉劲片缓解动物疲劳功能的效果.方法雄性小鼠160只，体重为18-22g.实验设667mg/kg?BW、1333 mg/kg?BW、2000 mg/kg?BW三个剂量组和蒸馏水组(对照组).实验分为一、二、三、四组，每组40只小鼠，以蒸馏水作溶剂配制受试物，按20ml/kg?BW分别经口灌胃小鼠，每天给予一次，连续给予30天，并对一、二、三、四组小鼠分别进行血清尿素测定、血乳酸测定、肝糖原测定、负重游泳试验.结果苁蓉劲片连续30天经口灌胃给予雄性小鼠后，可见其生长良好，中、高剂量组能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间，血清尿素显著降低、肝糖原含量显著升高；三个剂量组血乳酸曲线下面积与对照组比较显著降低.结论苁蓉劲片对动物具有缓解体力疲劳功能.
