目的探讨强直性脊柱炎脊柱骨折的临床治疗方法及治疗效果.方法选取2010年1月-2012年5月来我院治疗的强直性脊柱炎合并脊柱骨折患者43例,所有患者均进行手术治疗,观察手术疗效.结果42例患者手术成功,2例患者因抢救无效死亡,死亡率为4.8%.术后随访1年,3例颈椎患者因呼吸衰竭死亡,1年存活率为90.5%,术后2例出现腰背疼痛,2例数术后褥疮感染,经对症对症后症状缓解.随访1年后存活患者,脊髓神经损伤均基本恢复,不影响正常生活.结论强直性脊柱炎脊柱骨折患者的病情复杂且特殊,可根据患者具体情况进行个性化治疗.叮嘱患者定期复查,密切观察其神经恢复情况及骨折愈合情况,同时进行有效的功能锻炼,以达到理想的治疗效果.

Objective: To explore clinical treatment and treatment effect of ankylosing spondylitis combined with spine fracture. Methods: Select 43 cases of ankylosing spondylitis combined with spinal fracture in our treatment from Jan 2010 to May 2012 , all patients were performed surgical treatment, and observe the curative effect.Results: 42 patients succeeded in operation, and 2 patients died due to rescue invalid, and mortality account for 4.8%. In the follow-up 1 year, 3 cases of patients with cervical spine died for respiratory failure, 1 year survival rate account for 90.5% , after operation 2 cases with lumbar back pain, 2 cases postoperative bedsore infection, symptoms relieved after the suit symptomatic. Follow-up of 1 years survival patients, spinal cord injuries are basic recovery, do not affect the normal life.Conclusion: Ankylosing spondylitis spine fracture patients’ condition is complex and special, we should according to the specific situation of patients process individualized treatment. Told patients periodically review, and closely observe the nerve recovery and fracture healing, and effectively function exercise, in order to achieve the ideal treatment effect.
