阐述了IEC 62439-3中的并行冗余协议（PRP）和高可靠无缝环网（HSR）的实现机制。依据变电站功能需求及数据流向，提出了基于PRP+HSR网络方案的智能变电站组网方式，在HSR网络中实现VLAN技术，利用网络冗余提高系统安全性，减少交换机数量并提升变电站网络性能。

The implementation mechanisms of PRP (parallel redundancy protocol) and HSR (high reliability seamless ring) in IEC 62439-3 are introduced. According to the functional requirment and data flow of substations, this paper proposes a scheme of smart substation networking based on PRP+HSR. In the scheme, with VLAN technology for the HSR networking and network redundancy for improving the system security, it is realized to reduce the amount of switchs and to enhance the performance of the network.
