目的通过探讨规范化入科接待的流程和内容,并运用于病人的入院接待中,能有效体现优质护理,提高病人满意度。方法 对2012年1—6月每周一入院病人随机分为对照组、观察组,给以观察组规范化入科接待,对照组组一般接待,对两组病人进行出院时问卷调查,观察组普遍反映入科时得到的护理贴心,较为满意。结论 推行优质护理工作应从病人入院的第一个环节做起。
