目的探讨阑尾炎致尿路感染的超声图像特点。方法 回顾分析经手术证实的阑尾炎并尿路感染38例的临床资料及超声图像。结果 38例阑尾炎中腹膜外位阑尾炎29例、盆腔位阑尾炎9例。超声表现为右侧肾盂输尿管扩张，右肾和或右输尿管、膀胱内沉积物。结论 超声检查对阑尾炎所致尿路感染诊断有重要临床意义。
目的探討闌尾炎緻尿路感染的超聲圖像特點。方法 迴顧分析經手術證實的闌尾炎併尿路感染38例的臨床資料及超聲圖像。結果 38例闌尾炎中腹膜外位闌尾炎29例、盆腔位闌尾炎9例。超聲錶現為右側腎盂輸尿管擴張，右腎和或右輸尿管、膀胱內沉積物。結論 超聲檢查對闌尾炎所緻尿路感染診斷有重要臨床意義。
목적탐토란미염치뇨로감염적초성도상특점。방법 회고분석경수술증실적란미염병뇨로감염38례적림상자료급초성도상。결과 38례란미염중복막외위란미염29례、분강위란미염9례。초성표현위우측신우수뇨관확장，우신화혹우수뇨관、방광내침적물。결론 초성검사대란미염소치뇨로감염진단유중요림상의의。
AIM To discuss the ultrasound feature of urinary tract infection caused by appendicitis. Method: Clinical data and ultrasound imaging of 38 patients with urinary infection caused by appendicitis were reviewed. Result In 38 cases,. Right renal pelvic and ureter dilatation were found by ultrasound in all case. Sediment in right renal pelvic and/or ureter and bladder were found by ultrasound in all cases. Result It is very important to diagnose urinary tract infection caused by appendicitis using ultrasound.
