目的观察枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合泌特(复方阿嗪米特肠溶片)治疗上腹不适综合征的临床疗效。方法 90例以上腹不适为主诉的患者随机分为治疗组(A组，30例，莫沙必利片+泌特片)和对照组(包括B组，30例，莫沙必利片+复合维生素B片；C组，30例，泌特片+复合维生素B片)，分别给予莫沙必利片5mg，Tid，餐前30min服、泌特片2片，Tid，餐后服、复合维生素B片2片，Tid，餐后服，共2周。观察各组治疗前后上腹不适积分变化、上腹不适改善总有效率及药物副作用。结果 治疗1周末及2周末时治疗组上腹不适积分明显低于对照组(P<0．01)，上腹不适改善总有效率分别为83.3％和93.3％，明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中各组均未出现严重药物副作用。结论 枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片联合泌特能迅速缓解上腹不适综合征相关症状，两者之间具有一定协同作用，具有较好安全性。

목적관찰구연산막사필리분산편연합비특(복방아진미특장용편)치료상복불괄종합정적림상료효。방법 90례이상복불괄위주소적환자수궤분위치료조(A조，30례，막사필리편+비특편)화대조조(포괄B조，30례，막사필리편+복합유생소B편；C조，30례，비특편+복합유생소B편)，분별급여막사필리편5mg，Tid，찬전30min복、비특편2편，Tid，찬후복、복합유생소B편2편，Tid，찬후복，공2주。관찰각조치료전후상복불괄적분변화、상복불괄개선총유효솔급약물부작용。결과 치료1주말급2주말시치료조상복불괄적분명현저우대조조(P<0．01)，상복불괄개선총유효솔분별위83.3％화93.3％，명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。치료과정중각조균미출현엄중약물부작용。결론 구연산막사필리분산편연합비특능신속완해상복불괄종합정상관증상，량자지간구유일정협동작용，구유교호안전성。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of mosapride citrate dispersible tablet plus compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet for Epigastric discomfort symptom in Patients.Methods: A total of 90 patients with the chief complaint of Epigastric discomfort symptom were randomized to treatment group(Group A,=30)to be treated with mosapride tablets plus azintamide tablets.and control group in which the patients were treated with mosapride tablets plus vitamin B complex tablets(Group B,=30)or compound azintamide tablets plus vitamin B complex tablets (Group C,=30).mosapride tablets(5mg)were administered orally tid 30min before meal ,the azintamide tablets were administered orally tid(2 tablets) immediately after meal, the vitamin B complex tablets were administered orally tid(2 tablets)immediately after meal for 2 weeks.The main outcome measures were changes of symptom scores of Epigastric discomfort,the total effective rates in improvement of Epigastric discomfort,and drug side effects before and after treatment.Result:After 1-week and 2-week treatment,the average index scores of abdominal distention in the treatment group(Group A)were significantly lower than in the control groups(Group B and Group C)(P<0.01),with tota1 effective rates in abdominal distention at 82.5% and 95. 0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control groups (P<0.05).No severe drug side effects were noted in each group during the reatment.Conclusion:The Epigastric discomfort symptom can be quickly relieved after treatment with mosapride citrate dispersible tablet combined with compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet.The two drugs had synergistic effect and good safety.
