在H2PtCl6·6H2O催化下,烯丙基环氧聚醚与端含氢硅油通过硅氢加成反应,得到中间体环氧聚醚聚硅氧烷;然后加入端氨基聚醚与中间体进行氨解开环反应,合成了聚醚氨基改性聚硅氧烷(MPEAS).利用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并对合成条件及应用工艺进行了优化.合成工艺优化为:硅氢加成时催化剂用量0.03%,反应温度90℃,反应时间8 h;氨解开环反应温度65~75℃,反应时间6 h;应用试验优化工艺:预烘温度100℃,时间10 min,焙烘温度150℃,时间50 s.经其整理的织物柔软性提高,白度几乎不变,静态吸水时间仅为3.4 s.

The polyether amino modified polysiloxane (MPEAS) was synthesized by the ammonolysis ring- opening reaction of amino- teminated polyether and epoxy polyether polysiloxane, which was prepared by hydrosilylation of polydimethylsiloxane (PMHS) and al yl- epoxy polyether in the presence of H2PtCl6·6H2O as catalyst. The structure of product was analyzed and identified by IR spectrometry. The synthesis conditions and application technology were optimized. The optimal synthesis conditions were: the amount of catalyst for hydrosilylation was 0.03%, the reaction temperature and time were 90 ℃ and 8 h. For ring- opening reaction, the reaction temperature and time were 65~75 ℃ and 6 h. The optimal application conditions were drying at 100 ℃ for 10 min, and baking at 150 ℃ for 50 s. The softness of the finished fabric was increased, the white-ness unchanged almost, and the wettability was only 3.4 s.
